We process account and workspace data needed to operate the service: identifiers you provide, usage metadata required for reliability and security, and content you submit when using product features (for example drafts, transcripts, or attachments), strictly as needed to deliver the service you configure.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, operate and improve the platform, detect abuse, comply with law, and communicate service-related notices. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We retain information for as long as your workspace relationship is active and for a limited period afterward where required for backups, audits, or legal obligations. Exact schedules depend on your agreement and deployment.

Your choices

Subject to applicable law and contract, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of certain data by contacting your workspace administrator or using the channel described in your enterprise terms.
