Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to DTAI services. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

Access and acceptable use

You agree to use the services only for lawful editorial and production purposes, to protect credentials, and to respect intellectual property and confidentiality obligations that apply to your content.

Content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, and display that content strictly to operate the services you enable.

Availability and changes

We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features with reasonable notice where practical. Enterprise agreements may supersede portions of these terms where specified.

Disclaimer and liability

Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability arising out of these terms is limited as set forth in your governing agreement or, if none is stated, to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
